The beauty of outdoor living and working was also a great adventure for us. And we also saw that one year of mussel fishing doesn’t necessarily means next year will be the same. These fishermen are real entrepreneurs with a great passion for what they do.
We accompanied these fisherman for a few months on and off the ship. And we also met this great chef making the most out of fresh caught mussels.
